Our Jasmine burners are painstakingly handcrafted, resulting in charming imperfections like slight surface irregularities, subtle ripples, variations in height, weight, and color texture. These distinctive features are an inherent part of individually crafted items and do not impact the burner's functionality. Such variations are a natural result of the production process.
 
Please be aware that due to the manufacturing process, there may be variations in the tone of the grey color throughout the product. Rest assured, this does not affect the burner's performance in any way. Our burners are meticulously constructed using two separate molds, which are assembled together, and on certain products, the join might be visible. This join can appear either on the outer surface as a vertical seam or on the inner side at the bottom as a horizontal connection.
 
For optimal performance, we recommend using a high-quality tea light that is approximately 2cm in height. To ensure safety, avoid operating the burner continuously for more than 4 hours at a time.
